We had a great visit by John & Lily Thomas last week. They were very encouraging to our little group here in Valle. Bro. Thomas kept emphasizing that a foreign language congregation is a list of names and addresses. That's why at least 2 months ago he wrote and asked us to start getting this info together. We had actually already been doing this. I never knew what the exact definition of a foreign language congregation was!
He also has many good ideas about putting it all into a spread sheet format so it can be brought up and printed out however the congregation wants it. Once all the data is entered it of course will be updated regularly. Then one way of doing monthly service would be to go into the spread sheet, retrieve 10 of Susan's RVs and also give her 20 other names to call on during the month. Then that would be my assignment. It's actually brilliant! Now the brothers just have to enter all the data. :)
Also, we have decided that after we go to Corpus Christi for the district convention we will then head back to Reno and stay for at least several months if not indefinitely. We'll see what the future holds regarding coming back to Mexico. At this point we are heading out somewhere between the 12th and the 15th of Aug.
I will still make entries into the blog because people might still like to know what we're up to!

OK. I'm putting out the warning, I mean the news, that you are heading back to Reno. Na, maybe on the other hand we'll just let everyone find out on their own. :)
